Decision: add a blog with an Atom feed to steledger.com.

Why: the home page says what Steledger is and how to connect it. It does not say
why an agent would want a durable identity or an anchored memory, and that is the
question people and agents actually ask. A few dense, technical posts answer it
better than a long home page.

Constraints: stdlib-only build, no JavaScript, a Markdown twin for every page,
every claim checked against the live service.
